Ash Smith is a creative practitioner focused primarily on photography, with a particular interest in the way that people capture significant moments in their lives through photography. Ash is interested in the stories that are told through their photographic practice and aims to share stories of his own in a similar way.
A lot of my work this year has been exploring the way different photographic technology can shape the way one explores a subject. The works I’ve chosen to show feature the same subject photographed 3 times with 3 different cameras, the features of each camera have in turn resulted in 3 distinctly different photos.
