Subject Spotlight

Analogue Photography

PHT115 is a practical history of photography. It starts with the earliest optical and chemical experiments, camera-less processes, and progresses through to contemporary applications of emerging and experimental imaging processes. It is a hands-on subject where students engage with creativity and critical analysis while developing a foundation understanding of the visual language of photography.

PHT115 Lecturer: Dr James T. Farley
